The program by an experienced forensic psychologist and family Law attorney will present core education, risk management, and open recruitment for licensed practitioner to ethically and competently serve families in the family court.

- Identify the fundamental aspects of providing psychological services to families and children in family court.
- Explain the difference between clinical and forensic practice in family court.
- Identify at least two risk management strategies in dealing with families and children in family court.
- Describe the guidelines for court-involved therapy.
- Describe the new program and its aims on recruiting and training mental health professionals to provide services within the family court system.
